     Incorporated 1985 by the State of Florida as a non-profit ecclesiastical seminary to confer major credentials, and accepted religious accredited degrees.

Associate of Christianity is $1,000 plus $100.00 admission fee
Associate of Christian Pastoral Bible Counseling is $1,000 & $100 admission fee
Bachelor of Theology is $1,800
Bachelor of Christian Pastoral Bible Counseling is $1,800
Master of Christian Bible is $1,800
Master of Christian Pastoral Bible Counseling is $1,800
Doctor of Divinity/Doctor of Theology is $1,500 excluding materials
Doctor of Theology in Religious Significant Artifacts & Biblical Archaeology Avocational Education is $1,500 excluding materials

Doctor of Christian Pastoral Bible Counseling is $1,800

COURSE LOAD
Students are required to be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.  A student may not enroll for more than 10 credit hours without the approval of the administrator and dean.

COURSE MATERIALS/TEXTBOOKS
Course materials may be ordered through the college.  Students should anticipate at least $75 expenditure for books and materials for each course.  Videos, CD’s, DVD’s are $20 each, audio cassettes are $5 each and course packets are $10.

ORDINATIONS
Upon completion of the Licentiate Program and the Bachelor of Theology, Orthodox Christians may petition to His Eminence, Archbishop Haralambos for ordination.  The decision of ordination however rests solely with Archbishop Haralambos and completion of the program in no way implies that one will be ordained.

ADDITIONAL ADMISSIONS INFORMATION
Students may enroll at anytime if they meet all listed admission requirements.  All students will be placed in the appropriate program based on transcripts, credentials and pertinent information.  Life experience will be taken into consideration and you may benefit from prior training.

TRANSFERSTUDENTS
Transfer students may be admitted to St. Michael Seminary and other seminaries only after the following conditions have been fulfilled:

  1. St. Michael Seminary issues only ecclesiastical degrees in which other educational and religious institutions may or may not recognize.
  2. All course work/credits transferred from former institutions must be reviewed by the St. Michael Academy staff for accepted admission.  Scores/grades must show mastery of prior educational/religious course work.
  3. Documents listed under “Admission Requirements” and “Documentation” have been reviewed.
  4. Placement services:  The residing Bishopric will assist in these matters, however it is the student’s responsibility to  find their own job placements.
  5. St. Michael Academy does not guarantee that the coursework received will be recognized or accepted by other educational institutions and is not held responsible due this notification herein.
  6. Student Financial Assistance is worked out on individual basis according to need .St. Michael Academy does not involve itself with any type of state or federal funding.
  7. It is the sole responsibility of the student to find job placement.
  8. St. Michael Academy abides by the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act of 1974 in recognizing student’s records as confidential.
  9. One semester equals 15 academic hours or the equivalent.

 

TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS

Transferability of credits is at the discretion of the accepting institution, and it is the student’s responsibility to confirm whether or not credits will be accepted by another college of the student’s choice.

TRANSFER OF CREDITS

Masters programs may accept a maximum of 6 graduate credits earned from another institution beyond a Bachelor Degree. Doctoral programs may accept a maximum of 36 credits earned.
