COURSE DESCRIPTION
DOCTOR of DIVINITY/PHILOSOPHY
I. Current Eschatology
717 A. Using news media current material student will correlate Holy Scripture with current events.
717 B. Student will read selected readings from the Pseudepigrapha and write summaries. Biblical Insight to Eschatology
747 A. Parousia – This course is designed to orient the student with the second coming of Christ as it applies to current events and Holy Scripture.
747 B. Apocalyptic – The description of material and Scriptural happenings in the world, as stated in St. John’s Revelation from Jesus resurrected.
747 C. Eschatological – Latter things, comparable in Old and New Testament writings, the “End of the Age” teachings of Christ and the Prophets.
747 C. Es-Cha-Ton- Is the period, believed to be the “Last Generation”, as shown today.
II. EVANGELIZING WITH PUBLICATIONS/TOOLS
767 A. Puppetry – By incorporating the use of puppets, students will gain knowledge in another form of presentation to preaching Bible episodes.
767 B. Lectures, speeches, presentations, preachment. Through use of oral repertoire. Knowledge is obtained to carry out messages in form of lectures, speeches, presentations and preachments to the public.
767 C. Written Handouts, This course is designed for the application offprint and design to get biblical principals out to the public.
767 D. Tours, visitations, internships, These evangelical techniques provide on the job training in and out of the community, Museum artifacts and story used.
III. BIBLICAL PROPHECY ON RADIO
757 A. Prophecy, By actively listening to radio broadcasts, student will learn eschatological topics and are required to comment both in oral and written format.
757 B. Little People’s Church, This radio ministry is for children and will include implementation of personal witness, church evangelism, preachment, music and children practicing worship over the radio.
757 C. Tours, visitations, internships, by applying biblical application of current events to prophesy. Insight is gained on the eschatological radio program. Daily written program are designed and incorporated in a weekly broadcast.
757 D. Weekly program, Daily program, Student participation, this course provides the tools and techniques needed to put on an eschatological radio program. Daily written programs are designed and incorporated in a weekly broadcast.
IV. PUBLICATION
727 A. Inform Public- Tours, visitations, internships-Informative evangelizing method that specifically surround our publications and eschatological in nature.
727 B. “God’s Ocean; Truth or Tradition, Prophetic Report on Greek/Americans” an in depth study of published material that are documented in the Library of Congress. A systematic discussion, both on individual basis and group, is a necessary procedure.
727 C. Published magazines, books, paper, handouts- Any one or all of these will be required at the request of the faculty. Through print, eschatological material can be presented to the public. Editorial skills, design and layout will be incorporated in this course.
727 D. “Thesis” This course includes also books and treatise of original writings biblically supported; original authorship of student seeking degrees, which are supplementary joint publications. St. Michael Press Publishing Co.,Inc., fosters creative and inspirational writings.
V. LANGUAGE PERIMETER
810 A. Hebrew translation of Scripture –Hebrew written and oral lessons will enable students to translate Scripture to Hebrew. This course also includes the religious events centering on the prelude that Jesus is the Messiah.
810 B. Greek translation of Scripture- Greek written and oral lessons will provide the means to translate Scripture in the King James Versions in Greek. Expertise in Greek will be accomplished by daily practice and exercises.
810 C. Bible lessons (English) Weekly assignments in disseminating Holy Scripture including homiletics, sermons and commentaries.
VI. CHRISTIAN HISTORY
870 A. Christian History: Will Durant – By using Durant’s text: “Story of Christianity”, an unbiased approach to Christianity will be discussed. Debates in contemporary issues facing Christians or Christ believers in the twentieth century.
870 B. Judaism/Hellenism – This course compares Judaic teachings of Old Testament with modern day Judaic applications using Torah and Talmud and demonstrates how it relates to twentieth century concepts. Hellenism is taught with modern Greek Hellenistic attitudes and concepts as compared to Hellenism during the first century Christianity.
870 C. Full Gospel Bible Old/New Testament – Complete studies guided by the Holy Spirit and use of a concordance of Holy Scripture using King James Version provides application and synthesizing practice involved in biblical studies.
870 D. Chapel services and worship – A study of worship in biblical concepts and principals of worship is accomplished. Leadership and planning skills are emphasized.
870 E. Religions of the World: Humanism/Old-Neo Eastern-Western Cultures-Comparative studies of the oldest religions of the world and off shoots from those including secular humanist thought. Discussions of how humanism prevails in education, government and particularly religious viewpoint will be encouraged.
VII. CHURCH ORGANIZATIONAL STUDIES
840 A. Church Organizational Studies; Biblical- This study incorporates the basic theory and practices of authoritative hierarchy origin and chain of authority as interpreted in original Greek. St. Paul’s admonishments to Timothy will be studied.
840 B. Marriage and Counseling- Theories, techniques and practice of counseling in relationship skills will be exercised through evaluative measures and discussions.
840 C. Healing and Deliverance- On the job training will be utilized and supervised within church services. Basic healing and deliverance procedures will be studied using Holy Scripture from the King James Version.
840 D. Ministers, Manual-Essential Administrative procedures involved with documents, ceremonies and sacraments of the church will be reviewed and learned.
840 E. Biblical Church Outline- A complete study of the breakdown of the offices within the church structure as Holy Scripture describes it in Ephesians and Galatians.
VIII. CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY
707 A. 14 lessons dealing with current issues in Psychology.
