SYLLABUS
Personality Theories Course # 403-10 Credits
Students will have a solid understanding of the psychological and emotional signals and effects of anxiety and or frustration. They will be able to identify their own specific response to every day stresses with regard to their unique psychological emotional styles. A self-examination paper of how the student handles their own anxiety and frustration is required with demonstration of overcoming the effects by applying secular or spiritual gained knowledge.

Advanced Behavioral Counseling Course # 412- 15 Credits
Students will get a complete understanding of a system of a diversity of problems such as depression and or interpersonal stresses. Three journal or book reviews are required on depression with research.

Studies in Maladaptive Behavior Course # 420-15 Credits
Students will focus on the understanding and causes of sexual abuse, personal safety, and suicide. Awareness to substance exposure and physiological consequences of drug abuse are covered. Students will design a practical guide for a community to help fight against drug abuse, sexual abuse, or suicide.

Studies of Stress Management at Work Place Course #522 -15 Credits
Students will gain information of the physical reactions to stress. They will be able to identify and differentiate being tired from hard work v.s. being exhausted and stressed out. Students will
Apply what they have learned and write a paper that explains who becomes a leader, how, and with what effect.
